Reasons to Have Your Boiler Serviced
There are several good reasons to have your boiler serviced regularly, and it is recommended it be done annually.
Regular servicing of a boiler can help you avoid much more expensive boiler repairs in the future as parts can be replaced at the first sign of any wear or faults before they cause larger issues.
Having an annual service can prolong the life of a boiler significantly.
When you bought your boiler it may have come with a warranty, usually around 10 years, but you may find the warranty is only valid if the boiler is being inspected annually.
You may also find that some gas providers insist on annual services if you have a service plan with them.
If it turns out that you need a boiler replacement we can do that for you too.

As aforementioned, you should only ever use a Gas Safe Register engineer if your boiler requires a service. What is the Gas Safe Register?
If you have never heard of this register, or have but are not sure exactly what it is, it is the official registration body for gas engineers in the UK. All gas engineers are required to be on the register by law.
The Gas Safe Register website, which you can see here https://www.gassaferegister.co.uk, has a list of all its members so you can do a check to see who exactly is properly qualified, and operating legally, when it comes to booking your boiler service.
