Central Heating Servicing in Leeds
It’s recommended that you have your central heating system serviced at least once a year and an annual inspection is required by law for landlords and the properties they rent out.
If you own your home the law does not require this be done but you may find that the warranty that came with your heating system (in particular your gas combi boiler) may become void if you do not have it inspected as regular as the manufacturer advises.
Having your central heating system regularly inspected and serviced can extend its lifespan, make it run more efficiently and less prone to break down as parts can be cleaned and replaced if necessary during a service, preventing more serious (and sometimes more expensive) issues from occurring.
